After your Gift Session,
you'll decide whether to work with me and let me know. If yes,
I'll send you an information form and some questions to ponder before
our Design Session. We'll also talk about fees.
Design Session
The Design Session: We'll meet
for 2 hours in person [or via phone] to design how we will work together.
Tele-Coaching
We'll meet for on the phone
for coaching sessions of 35-45 minutes. This "Tele-Coaching" provides
intimacy and privacy from the comfort of your home, business, or other
location.
We'll work weekly for three out of the
four weeks of the month. During the fourth week, we'll take a break and
digest what we've accomplished along the way.
You'll be encouraged to check
in via email between sessions, at no extra charge.
I recommend that you consider
coaching for at least a three-month period. This way you'll be able to
accurately assess your progress and turn new, learned behaviors into healthy
habits.
